Firm founder Paul J. Nelson is a Certified Specialist in Family Law, and a highly experienced trial attorney who has tried hundreds of family law matters in Newport Beach and throughout Orange County. Mr. Nelson's courtroom experience, knowledge of California family law, and familiarity with local judicial officers and opposing counsel has helped him build a track record of successful outcomes for a wide range of clients.
Mr. Nelson is a member of the Family Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association. He also belongs to the Family Law Section of the State Bar of California and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
When he is not practicing law, Mr. Nelson enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters. He is also an avid cyclist, alpine skier, world traveler, and a licensed private pilot, which allows him to handle cases throughout the state. Mr. Nelson speaks Thai fluently.
Graham Kirkman attended Brigham Young University on a music scholarship, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Political Science. Mr. Kirkman thereafter obtained his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law, receiving a merit-based scholarship. While a student at Chapman, Mr. Kirkman assisted injured military veterans in obtaining financial assistance for injuries sustained while deployed.
In his free time, Mr. Kirkman enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and their two dogs. Mr. Kirkman plays the drums and was the percussion instructor for Orem High School in Utah from 2007 to 2009.
Mr. Kirkman is licensed before all California state courts, and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
Morgan Levanger, Esq.
Morgan Levanger attended University of Utah where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Philosophy. He then went on to attend Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree.
Morgan previously worked with the Division of Labor Standard’s Enforcement in Los Angeles County where he advocated on worker’s rights and fought for fair wages.
In his free time Morgan enjoys spending time with his wife, his son, and their dogs.
